Looking for a super quick, grain free, low carb breakfast this is still satisfying!
Pumpkin Spice Waffles
Recipe:
Ingredients:
1/4 cup organic pumpkin purée
1/2 cup egg whites
1.5 scoops vanilla protein powder
1 heaping tablespoon of coconut flour
2 Tbsp. unsweetened cashew milk
1/4 tsp baking soda
1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1 tsp ground cinnamon.
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients and pour into a greased waffle maker until ready as the button indicates.
2. Top with hemp seeds, natural almond butter, halved pecans and sugar free syrup if you want!
